2 file’s that all should download right away and listen to is the DEA Task Force Officer “TFO” from Lordsburg, New Mexico perjury at the preliminary hearing for Dan that, was used as ground to hold them over for trial, the TFO can’t make up his mind where the questioning took place, whether it was in the field or at the border patrol office, and it should be noted that he is very nervous as he keep trying to avoid answering the questions that are being asked; and the other file that should be listened to closely is the one at Mary’s prelim where the prosecutor admits by accusation at about 3 minutes into the section that Mary’s is into her religion Heart, Mind, Body, and Soul, which should be sufficient to show sincerity under the rules of RFRA and therein shift the burden to the Government to show “Compelling Interest” and that “Least Restrictive Means” are being used in interfering with the right to freely practice their religion.

A Plea for help with no response to voice mail yet as of 4:52 P.M. this March 18, 2006

Dan received response to voicemail within a couple of hours this morning 03-23-06, was satisfied with the response. Things are looking up. Dan was told that motions for dismissal and for modification of terms of release were in the works and that Mr. Robert is very interested in this case. There is a vast amount of information for Mr. Robert to digest and he has been working on it on his weekends because he has other clients as well that also require assistance. Response to the earlier voicemail could be because he never got it??? We are well aware of the powers that be and have had our own troubles in the communications arena.
